Aircraft Renter's Guidelines:

• Aircraft rented from Elbow Street Aviation Services (ESAS) may be flown only by licensed pilots with a current medical certificate. Pilots must provide the following documentation:
   
  1. Copy of pilot license 
  2. Copy of current medical 
  3. Copy of Driver's license 
  4. Proof of citizenship 
  5. Proof of liability insurance. 
   
• Pilot must have an instructor sign-off prior to first rental, or if ninety days have lapsed since last rental from ESAS.
   
• No persons shall give flight instruction in aircraft owned by ESAS except by instructors employed by ESAS.
   
• Rental pilots are responsible for all landing and tie down fees.
   
• Flight plans must be filed for all cross-country trips.
   
• ESAS staff must be informed of pilot's final destination and estimated time of arrival for all flights.
   
• All renter pilots are required to have aircraft renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $250,000.
   
• ESAS aircraft are not to be flown out of the country without approval.
   
• ESAS reserves the right to refuse rental to any person for any reason.
